Account and Data Deletion Policy

🔐 What Data Will Be Deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  1. Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  2. Saved addresses
  3. Wishlist and preferences
  4. Order history linked to the account
  5. Login credentials and account identifiers

⚠️ Note: Certain transaction records may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, or legal compliance). These records are securely stored and not used for any other purpose.


🗑️ How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Delete Account from the App (Recommended)

1. Log in to your Taamme account

2. Go to My ProfileProfile→ Delete Account



Confirm the deletion request

Are you sure?

Want to delete this account?

Click Yes

Your account and data will be scheduled for permanent deletion after verification.

Option 2: Request Deletion Without Login

If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by contacting our support team.

Please include:

  1. Your registered email address or phone number
  2. A request to delete your Taamme account

Our team will verify your request before proceeding.

⏳ Processing Time

  1. Account deletion requests are processed within 7–30 days
  2. You will not be able to recover your account after deletion is completed

All deletion requests are handled securely. Taamme uses industry-standard security practices to protect your data during verification and deletion.
